The event will be a collaboration with "Free the Children", focusing on working to help free today's child slaves: Child Labour, Child Soldiers, and Child Trafficking. Narrated script; dance, photo montages and Afro-American Spirituals: Soon Ah Will be Done, My Lord What a Mornin', Nobody Knows the Trouble I've Seen, Swing Low Sweet Chariot, Wade in the Water, Deep River, Dere's No Hidin' Place, Ride the Chariot, Set Down Servant, and more!

This sing-along concert is a tribute to the Canadian television series (of the same name), which aired on CTV from 1963 to 1966, then on CBC TV until 1968, and will feature contemporary folk music of Gordon Lightfoot, Ian Tyson, Joan Baez, Pete Seeger, Woodie Guthrie, Kingston Trio, The Four Brothers, Peter Paul & Mary, and more.
